Croissant
Our croissant is made the traditional way — an all-butter pastry, hand rolled and baked fresh for market days. Using fine Label Rouge French flour and real butter, each croissant is carefully laminated to create light, crisp layers with a rich, buttery flavour throughout.
This is a classic bakery croissant, made in-house and baked fresh, just as it should be. Flaky on the outside, soft within, and best enjoyed on the day — it’s the kind of croissant people look for when searching for a fresh croissant near them, not something factory-made.
