Our focaccia range is baked fresh in-house and finished with a variety of classic savoury toppings, offering a selection of flavours and sizes to suit different tastes. Soft, olive-oil-rich and generously topped, our focaccia is made to be enjoyed as it should be — fresh, flavourful and straight from the bakery.

From cheese-topped focaccia in both 6" and 9" sizes to a traditional rosemary and sea salt focaccia, each option is prepared using the same base dough before being finished with carefully chosen toppings. You’ll find our focaccia at our markets, where customers come looking for fresh focaccia near them, made properly rather than mass-produced.
