Sourdough

Our sourdough range brings together a selection of freshly baked loaves, each made using the same slow, traditional 48-hour fermentation process, but shaped into distinct styles and flavours. Baked in-house every day, our sourdough is all about time, patience and consistency — allowing natural fermentation to create depth of flavour and texture across the range.

From classic loaves to wholemeal, seeded and tin-baked varieties, each sourdough we offer has its own character while staying true to traditional sourdough baking. You’ll find our full selection at our markets, where customers come looking for fresh sourdough bread near them, made properly rather than mass-produced.

Our sourdough selection includes:

  • Sourdough baked in tins for a softer, even crumb

  • French and Italian-style sourdoughs

  • Wholemeal sourdough

  • Wholemeal sourdough with mixed seeds

  • 50:50 white and wholemeal sourdough
