Rum Baba
Our Rum Baba is a classic dessert done properly - a light, airy sponge cake freshly baked in-house, then generously soaked after baking in a rich, rum-flavoured syrup. Finished with cream, it’s indulgent without being heavy, and unmistakably traditional.
A long-standing favourite at our markets, this is the kind of rum baba people search for when they want the real thing - not mass-produced, not overly sweet, just expertly made and beautifully balanced. Enjoy it on its own, with a spoon, or as a dessert centrepiece with coffee or ice cream.
